I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Ithaca, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
The entire process was two rounds, three interviews total and it was done entirely on campus. The first interview was a behavioral interview. Conversation was fairly casual and flowed pretty well. Most based on resume so be ready to talk to anything on your resume in depth. In the second round, the first interview was a case on a healthcare organization. Math was involved so be sure to brush up on those skills. The final interview was a fit interview. This is really just a behavioral interview but its also a great time for them (and you) to assess how well you fit with the company. Be sure to know why you want the company and job.
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Positive, simple process, humanistic online assessment which was actually fun to do and not just math speed games, no unnecessary rounds and clear preparation instructions. Interviewers and recruiters are nice and easy going.
