Interview
Received interview via NBMBA conference. Then a few weeks later I was emailed to set up a call with a Manager. The interview was about an hour long, although we did use the whole time. The manager was very nice. She was interested to know why I was interested in payments processing, why Accenture.

Why payments? Why Accenture Consulting? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Are you willing to travel up to 100% of the time? Tell me about a time you had to tell a client bad news? Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team?
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
