Interview
was with two people both one on one interviews. walked through my cv. questions were around experience previous engagements. the process is a complete hit and miss and depends on who you interview with and how desperate is the hiring situation. is dependant on marketplace. ofcourse your personality is important but market conditions play a key role.
Very Slow - HR doesn't respond even after documents submission - During the process they call you 20 times once everything is done they stop answering your calls might be saving our contacts as dont lift the call
Smooth process, not painful at all, very conversational for most of it with the hiring manager. Initial outreach from HR was straightforward and not like pulling teeth. Hiring manager wanted to see past projects as typical.
