Interview
3 rounds of interviews, screening of the CV, phone call with the HR team for a personality assessment and, finally, in person interview with the direct manager.
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
