Interview
At the introduction of the off-campus drive itself the mentioned that your technical assessments will be completed within the Aptitude test and interview will be conducted only for valuating communication skills. As said the interview was friendly 5 candidate group interview. There were 2 of them on board for interview. Questions were randomly asked to 5 of us, starting with 'Say about yourself'. It was a good interview, no tensions for any of us. When we came to explain about our projects, some of the technical side were asked to explain.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
