IT was a college job placement and I was directly qualified for the Interview round, as i had more than 80% throughout my career.
Others had to go through 2 rounds of technical Exams before interview.
The results are declared by End of the day.

Question 1
If you have such talent in developement and coding, why dont you try for Companies like Microsoft or google, if you have tried, how didnt you got selected.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
