I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (New Delhi) in Sep 2014
Interview
i had written eLitmus exam a month ago in august. My score was decent so i got interview call. candidates were called in groups of 7 and were asked to speak about themselves (introduction, achievements and about major and minor project they had done in their b.tech) for 5 minutes. it was a combined technical and HR round. HR and the technical person from the company asked couple of questions in between. The questions asked were very easy.

Question 1
the questions asked were very easy (difference between java and c++, technologies used in major project). That's itt..
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
