Interview
Fresh Graduate walk-in. you'll need your CV and TOR. Then they will give you a form after filling it up you will pass it with the requirements you brought.
1st step is Exam. English Exam- a multiple choice exam on how you comprehend English and English Grammar. Then 2nd part of the Exam is Programming/Logic Exam - Multiple Choice and it is quite hard because of the time restriction. but i think i did a good job. then once you pass next step.
2nd Step is Language Assesment after passing the exam you'll be in a one on one english conversation with their recruiter. just be confident and speak clearly and in detail. It's just small talk conversation.

3rd Step is HR Interview it is very technical its about your Professional Skills, Thesis and Profession.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
