The assessment centre had a series of tasks to be completed resembling real-life business scenarios such as writing emails. There were also 10 challenges which consisted of a series of games. The key behind these games is to explain your thought process out loud rather than arrive at the final answer. The interview consisted of a series of questions asking about competitors There was a group exercise which involved discussing a business situation with your colleague. The key to doing this well is to listen to your partner carefully and build on their ideas rather than dominating and avoid the vice versa as well.
