I was contacted by a third-party recruitment agency. Waiting time between initial interviews lasted for 2-4 weeks. I applied for a Web Development role, but I was given C++ questions in the interview. After that, I was scheduled for an interview for a UX Design position, which was weird. Recruiter then tried to schedule an interview. The recruiter who e-mailed me asked for my schedule for the main interview but did not follow the said schedule, causing me to miss the interview. I asked for a reschedule but they did not write back. Bad experience. The exam felt like it was developed to screen a massive amount of candidates at once. Didn't feel like they were really trying to see my skills.

Question 1
explain the difficult situation while working in the previous project
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
