Interview
I had 3 interviews overall, the first 2 interviews were over the phone and the last interview was on site with 2 senior managers. The company pays for the flight ticket and hotel for the last round of interviews if you are not local. The whole interview process took around 2 months.

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

About the previous job experience and cross questions from there
Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
