Interview
an HR screen was followed by a skills interviews. Once you successfully pass those hurdles, you are invited for an on-site interviews. I met two partners and a sr. manager. People were very friendly and nice. Nobody was out there to get you.
Smooth process, not painful at all, very conversational for most of it with the hiring manager. Initial outreach from HR was straightforward and not like pulling teeth. Hiring manager wanted to see past projects as typical.

Very long recruiting process with 3 different stages, screening > manager > senior manager. There is a Business Case in the second interview. The BC is half an hour and is a MBB style BC
