I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2011
Interview
Nothing fancy just basic college level data structures questions, first a IQ test, aptitude test and then face-face interview.
Questions was asked and answered.
They were looking for confident person who are able to communicate properly.
As for technical questions - there weren't much to say.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
