I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mangalore) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview had four parts. First, I did a test with easy to medium questions about skills and technical stuff. Then, I had to solve two simple coding problems. Both of these rounds were on the same day. I got an email a few days later saying I made it to the next stage. After that, there was a test about communication, but it wasn't for eliminating anyone. Finally, there was a short virtual interview, about 10 minutes long, where I talked about my projects. They didn't ask me anything else.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
