Interview
Written exam was conducted by elitmus. It had 3 sections Quant,logical reasoning and verbal ability.
after this was the documentation process, documentation took about 2-3 hours,
Finally there were group interviews in which 5 candidates gave the interview at a time , the interview was about 45 mins. Interview was mainly HR and everything that you have written on your CV.
They test your confidence.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
