I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Sep 2013
Interview
Met a recruiter on campus looking for immediate hires in grad school to work full time. Started immediately with a phone screening within the week, then a phone interview, then 2 in-person interviews. They were looking to hire immediately and I worked directly with a recruiter, which i think greatly helped speed up the process. This does not seem to be a regular occurence

Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.

One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
