Interview
Several rounds. Accenture definitely goes for CVs great on paper, with international experience. If you get through first round of selection, you will get send an assesment center to fill, based on your results you get invited to next round or not. It doesn't feel very good to be reduced to one test, without any human-like approach.
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
