I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter from Accenture that left me feeling quite frustrated and confused. The recruiter spoke unusually slowly and in a flat, monotone voice, which made it hard to gauge his engagement — I honestly wasn’t sure if something was wrong or if it was just his communication style.
The bulk of the call involved discussing my background. He told me I was a good fit for the role but then suggested I should change my job title on my CV because it didn’t align with their expectations. I found this quite uncomfortable, as altering my job title would be dishonest — and I made it clear I wasn’t comfortable doing that.
Despite saying I was a good fit, he asked me to wait while he created a profile for me in their HR system so I could reapply. After waiting, he then suddenly said he couldn’t progress me further because another team had already reviewed and declined my profile in the system. This made the whole call feel like a waste of time and gave the impression of poor internal communication and process inefficiency.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience and left me questioning the professionalism and clarity of Accenture's recruitment process.

explain the difficult situation while working in the previous project
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
