There will be written Apti test, then GD, follwoed by 2 rounds of techincal and atlast HR round. Interview was purely based on aptitude and logical thinking, puzzle solving. It was good experience, but i don't understand how they selected people to HR round after technical round 2, cause that round was performed as group of 5 and they even took candidates who were silent but left out candidates who showed intiative

They assigned to a batch, we were batch of 5 in technical round 2 and asked us to solve kind of seating arrangement type of puzzle.
They took 4 rounds of interview and mainly there focus was to check our aptitude and reasoning skills. And the last round was techno managerial round where they were checking our reasoning skills and teamwork.

The key is to discuss with your team, choose one puzzle, structure your reasoning clearly, and confidently stick to that decision until the end.
