First, meeting was at the facility in Alpharetta, GA. After an hour lecture we were split up and given a test. Top 10% were selected for second Sparkhire video interview. After the interview I was told I wasn't selected. This process is very slow, compared to other interview process I have been on. We would be given time frames of when each step was supposed to be completed. When the dates would pass I would send a follow up email. I usually received a response withing 48 to 72 hrs. In the first response I believe the HR that I was someone else, because the email was addressed to another person. You can tell if you have advanced or not, because you will usually receive notification by the date they give you. If ti runs about 48 hours past you probably didn't get it. They claim to want knowledgeable people with little or no experience. This defines me. I have passed all CCNA classes and certification and I passed their test in the top 10% even without answering all of the questions. Due to some video interview asking how I fit in with the company and a personality test they determined I wasn't qualified. They will give you the opportunity to submit another video and provide resume feedback. hey also will send this resume to other companies in the area. I declined this, due to the fact that the HR rep pretty much told us this has not helped anyone get hired to his knowledge. This leads me to believe other companies are not responding to this method or there may be a fatal flaw with what is being presented. I received other offers, but tried to hold out for this company, so I know my skill set and knowledge is valuable. While I did like the company presentation and perks, I don't think I will apply with them in the future.
