Interview
The first interview was pretty positive. After that they gave a test assignment, which was actually almost like an MVP for a small startup. I spent a week working on it and pushed it on Github with a proper huge Readme written according to best practices. Then I spent another week waiting for the results of my implementation. They liked it and asked me to wait for the next step. There was supposed to be a technical interview with the WHOLE TEAM, where they were supposed to ask some questions about the implementation of the test task. I waited another week for this interview. During this meeting they started asking irrelevant theoretical questions. Overall I answered most of the questions, and some of them were even ridiculously easy, but today they sent me a rejection email. And during the interview, for some reason, they repeated my answers in different words. And I don’t really know if they were expecting the right answer or a “sentence” that would match their expectations word for word. I showed my implementation to a few friends and they also thought that after such a big test task the company should have already sent a offer. What a big waste of time and effort.

Interview
Basically, you get a technical task from them. This should be fairly easy to do and make sure to submit your best work. You get invited for a technical interview if the team is satisfied with your technical task. During the interview, you'll be asked real-life scenario-based questions which again, should not be much of an issue if you're at least an intermediate level developer who follows lots of industry-standard best practices.
Then you get a final interview with the CEO, after which you get the offer.
