In-person interview on campus recruiting.
First, submitting resume and cover letter
Second, they let me know about interview schedule.
Finally, one of HR person came to school for interview.
My resume and hobby, personal skill were a source of interview.
It took around 15 minutes.
Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. First round was a phone interview with manager and senior manager. Second round was in-person interviews with three colleagues. Was notified directly after the in-person interview that I got the position.
