I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was long and time-consuming from my end, and after the on-site they never got back to me.
I went through the first assessment that took an hour, and a later hiring manager screen before making it to the on-site loop. This involved three more interviews and a presentation to a group of PMs and Data Scientists about how to improve the product this role was for. Data for this presentation had to be made up, and it took quite a bit of time to come up with the entire presentation with such a vague assignment.
After all this time commitment from my end, Adobe couldn't even bring up the decency to tell me the outcome of the process or respond to my inquiries.
