I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Terrible planning from recruiting team. Interviewing teams were not very enthusiastic/energetic. Most seemed like they wanted it to just end. Most were rude tool.
4 rounds:
- 1 recruiter call for background and resume review.
- Panel interview ( 3 of them) - 1 coding, 1 hybrid, 1 behavioral and all on the same day. There were multiple teams so for each team you had to do a panel. Every candidate could be chosen by a maximum of 3/4 teams (forgot exact number)
I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
3 round interview. The 1st round was with hiring manager, pretty much resume grilling. The 2nd was a panel technical interview with two technical questions. I didn't move past 2nd round.

Interview
I was interviewing as a new grad, so the interview was coordinated with the career center at school. In fact the interview took place inside the career center. Afterwards, they fly you to San Jose for a two-day event where you talk to different teams and do another round of onsite interviews.
