Interview
Went through several processes from a recruiter screening call, a hiring manager interview, and stakeholder interviews. Each call was 30 minutes long and held online. Talked to one interviewer and one interview was joined by two interviewers.
Le processus est assez long. Un premier entretien en distanciel avec un manager puis 3 entretiens avec differents services, en présentiel sur une journée. Pas de retours de la part de l’entreprise.
Jumped through a lot of hoops to get through this interview process to get a disappointing result at the end.
However, their HR team is extremely professional and was a great support. The culture seems really great.

Het was een algemeen standaard gesprek met introducties, algemene jobomschrijving etc. Een introductiegesprek met HR manager of talent manager/ recruiter; erna nooit niets meer van gehoord, terwijl feedback essentieel is om verder te gaan met andere sollicitaties
