I was excited to interview for a Brand Strategist role with Adobe. The recruiter reached out and was very friendly and communicative to start. After speaking with the recruiter, having my first interview with my would-be-director, and another interview with his boss, I was told that the recruiter would be in touch to set up a final interview with another member of the team. For three weeks, I heard nothing, and sent one email a week asking for an update. Finally, I got an automated message from Adobe (not even the recruiter) letting me know they weren't moving forward. I was mostly disappointed in the lack of communication!
