Very competitive and selective. I got a call for a first interview after attending a networking session and my university career fair. They gave me a "homework assignment" to do, which was a presentation on "why me". I also had to pick a company and identify one or two Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions that would benefit that company.

rounds 1 and 2 were videos pre-recorded. round 3 had 2 components: a behavioral interview and a pitch for an adobe product to a customer. they also had a "fun" activity for all the interviewees

Had a video interview, then moved to another video in which I had to tole play and pitch an Adobe product to a business partner. Then moved on to a final round where I had a day with 3 different interviews. In the final round interviews I had to present a sales case, and then the other two were behavioral

Interview
It was extremely fulfilling and no stage included within the interview process was a waste of applicants time. This is apparent through multiple stages and multiple interactions with employees from Adobe.
