The company offers a specialized program called "ACTION" (AWS Center for Technology IncubatiON) Training Program. This also involves Nihongo (Japanese language) training. The examination for the initial screening process consists of Aptitude Test I (Sequence/Patter Analysis), Aptitude Test II (Abstract Reasoning), Aptitude Test III (Problem Solving), General IT Exam, and Programming Exam. This is done through GMeet (per batch).
