Advantage Financial Systems Experts interview questions

Very bad process. The HR interview was first. Started with one person who was leaving the company the next day, and finished with another person who was taking over. The whole meeting was interrupted over 10 times in total, with both people talking to others, having to answer calls etc. Around the 6th interruption I asked if it is a busy time and maybe reschedule? I got the following as a response... "We are mujltitasking people and no you are not bothering us, we can handle this." Like this was a possible problem for them and not for me... When I asked about the salary budgetand started with a range I would expect, I couldn't even finish my sentence and I was cut off, with them responding this will be adressed at a later time... Also going forward with the technical interview,. it was rescheduled twice. I was asked about my stack involvement, and then they provided a mountain of projects, that were handled by 2 people, (another 1-2 had left the team) and that I should be extremely grateful that I have a chance with them... Finally, I was never contacted with response, positive or negative. All the above say alot about the culture in this company, both technical and interpersonal...

The interviewer was very friendly and the conversation was very smooth and interesting. I learned a lot of things and that made me more excited to go through the whole process and work there in the future. The questions were great.
