I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (San Ramon, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
You'll spend a lot of the interview talking about your experience in the field and what makes you a good fit. These are usually done via Skype or phone. The recruiter makes sure you fit the salary criteria and from there tries to talk you down to the lowest number they can pay you and not have you quit within a few months. This is the same process for both management and entry level unless HR or admin.
