Interview
Behavioral based questions focusing on change, teamwork, and achieving goals. Started with phone screening, then phone interview, then individual interview, and lastly two person skype interview. For the Retail Supervisor position you also had to present a 100 day plan.

Interview
The hiring process begins when you receive a call or email from a recruiter who schedules a phone interview. During the interview you are asked a bunch of very common questions. The recruiter will aggregate your responses into a doc that is given to the hiring manager for the 2nd interview. My recruiter was nice enough to help me properly formulate responses.
Hiring manager called me a couple days later and couldn't be nicer. We were both disappointed that I couldn't take on the amount of travel required. I got a great feel from the people I spoke with about the job and the company and look forward to finding a position with ASM that fits my life better.

Interview
You do at least 2 interviews, 1 phone interview then an in person interview. Have a resume so you can do less talking about what you have done and talk about what you can do for ASM. The RS position is the most difficult position within Advantage. The company knows that. To succeed, team up with other Supervisors and your ROM (Retail Ops Mgr.)How do you handle for help and direction. Plenty of online courses for self improvement through the internal website.
