Very quick phone interview. Just wanted to see if I am sociable. The training and on-boarding process was unnecessarily complicated, though. Fine for a side hustle or something temporary. Warning: you will have to pay for your training class, but just ask them for a refund in your first paycheck.

Fairly simple process. The manager at the time was very candid about the role and open to all my questions. It was for a part time in store position and training would be provided.

Candidates schedule an interview through an AI bot. The first recruiter didn’t respond after sending an email confirming the interview, the second recruiter a few weeks later was pleasant and quickly offered the position.
