Video Submission of elevator pitch day before interview.
You need to submit a video of yourself in two minutes explaining why you are the best candidate for the program. You must then submit the video to the recruiter you've been speaking with, and it is due the day before your scheduled interview.

Interview
I first had a phone interview with a recruiter for the ACE Program. That was pretty easy and went quite smoothly. Basic questions mainly. At the end the person I spoke to said I would be receiving an email and later phone call to set up a second interview. They also said the email would contain instructions for a presentation I would have to complete as part of the second interview. The second interview did not go as smoothy as the video chat connection did not work and we had to do the interview and presentation over the phone instead. The interview was with an executive from the company and consisted of in-depth and situational questions.
