La primera entrevista es con la de RH. Te hace algunas preguntas en Inglés y te explica su modelo de reclutación. En mi caso la reclutadora fue muy amable y atenta. La posición era "on-site" y debía mudarme a USA si quería continuar con el proceso. Los salarios no son tan buenos para el costo de la calidad de vida de USA.

Interview

The process is too long. After receiving the offer letter, I didn't receive any further details about the process in the following days. There is poor communication, which doesn't inspire confidence, and the salary is low. They don't offer a competitive salary, and the clients they have are small companies that don't provide future opportunities
