I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Hanford, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
I interviewed with this hospital. It was very nice experience for me, though I did not get a job offer. Everybody in panel made me feel so comfortable during an interview. Since I drove from San Francisco, they toured me their other two hospitals. The whole process took about 3 hours. After a week, interviewer called me and said she found someone with more experience, but I found very professorial to call me and inform. These days nobody cares to even send you a rejection email. If I get a chance, I would really love to work for them.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Screening call : just Introduction and information about the role
Normal, Typical knowledge questions. They already know who they want pre interview. It is challenging to move up in this organization as they have favorites and those who may not be best fit to promote. Underwent major restructure and laid off many.
There was a phone interview, followed by an in person interview with the direct supervisor and team members. It was pretty straight forward. The whole team was nice and easy to talk to.
