Advian interview questions

Three interviews with several different people, plus one coding task. All interviews went well, everyone agreed I'd be great addition to the team. However, after the last interview I got a rejection, because they checked their upcoming projects and actually wouldn't have any work for me. Checking the compatibility between me and upcoming projects during the first interview would've saved everyone's time.
