Interview
The interview can be split into a couple of stages. First step is an introductory call followed by a behavioral interview with the co-founder then a technical interview with a lead developer.

Do you work better alone or as a team? What is your favorite subject in school?
I was asked to do a 1 week art test and model and texture a whole vehicle.. No prior interview. Then I was declined. It was a massive waste of time for me and companies should not be allowed to request to much free labor from applicants. I was in school at the time and didn't realize this sort of request was a red flag.

Interview
The interview was conducted in 3 stages. The first stage was Coding Assessment, followed by the first interview with their HR and one of the senior developers, and lastly was the final interview with their management.
