Question 1
What is a challenge you went through with a Project manager who didnt like your proposal?
I applied online. I interviewed at Aequilibrium (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2024
Interview
I recently went through the interview process for a position at Aequilibrium, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in my career. The entire process was incredibly smooth, quick, and well-organized.
First, the interview scheduling was super easy—everything was automatically set up with the hiring manager through an auto-scheduling tool. This took away the usual back-and-forth, saving time and ensuring that everyone was on the same page. The first interview was virtual, which I really appreciated given my current schedule.
The final round interview was also done virtually, and it was a great experience. The questions were a solid mix of both technical and cultural topics, which gave me a chance to show not only my skills but also how well I align with the company’s values. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and made sure to give me plenty of time to ask questions as well.
I received the offer very quickly—much faster than I had expected. The recruiter was always available to answer any questions I had, from the offer details to logistics, and was very responsive. They also completed the reference checks and background check through Sterling, which was straightforward and hassle-free.
Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and transparency throughout the process. It was clear that the team values a positive candidate experience, and I would highly recommend anyone to apply for a role here!

Question 1
Tell us about your experience with recruitment process?
I was scheduled for a first interview with a HR person, and on the day of the interview, a colleague emailed to let me know the recruiter is no longer available for a call, asked me to cancel the original appointment and they would follow up to reschedule. That was 3 weeks ago, and it didn’t happen with no communication. It is a sloppy and unprofessional approach that would make any potential candidate not take this company seriously
