What a bad taste this place left me with. They called me and pretty much went through a phone interview off the bat. Then when I had reasonable questions like what's the position you're looking to fill and what's the name of the company (very straight forward) they gave me vague responses ("we're looking to fill a few positions") or downright refused to answer (they can't give you the name of the company because there isn't just one). SKETCHY! After arriving you will be asked to wait. Then after 15 minutes of that you will be asked to fill out the application which is basically copying over your resume and answering a few more questions. There are about thirty business cards lined up on the front desk ALL RECRUITERS which are essentially glorified sales people trying to sell awful positions to the desperately unemployed. I did not see one card for a CEO or any position remotely more professional than that. Over the phone they make it seem like something it's not which is a company that was hired to place the right people in the right permanent position for them. Their scheme is to er you to believe they have found you the perfect job and then when you're in their claws they want to turn you into *gasp* oh no! Another recruiter! What a monster of a place! You will be carted around asked to go through hoops, applications and orientations just to find out they are a contract (which they do not fulfill) to hire and do not do direct placement, which is what they don't discuss over the phone! They won't tell you the details because the truth is that this is not something you really want to do! So if your time is precious to you don't waste it here unless you're so desperate for work you're willing to be under paid and over sold.
