I e-mailed Aerotek on a Thursday in regards to a possible job opening, I heard back the next day and was set up for a phone interview the following Tuesday. I was invited to the office for an in person interview the very next day. They require you have an in person interview and reference check before they give your resume to the contracted company. The interview questions were easy, my recruiter was essentially just trying to get to know me and find out my background.

Talked to a recruiter who met with me in person. She is in the process of looking for jobs for me. Wanted to get to know me and what exactly i am looking for in a job. Very personable.

it was a long screening process that was very formal but necessary. They helped me prepare for the real interview with the client and again, was very helpful. I felt better prepared and confident going in.
