Applied online, received a phone call and email follow up about a week or two later. Had me come in to do a panel interview in person, then asked to come back for a half day shadow, which I never ended up doing due to accepting a different offer. If I hadn't received the other offer I would have continued to pursue this opportunity.

Virtual interview with the manager and regional director to go over my resume and as well talked about personal goals and interests. Afterward I had another meeting with the specific team or division manager into where they thought I would do best.

Had a phone screen with an internal recruiter who sent me information on how to best answer questions. Had a phone interview with the same internal recruiter. Was taken to lunch by an internal employee. Had a interview with the director. Had a half day of job shadowing and interview with senior staff and management.
