Recruiter contacts you and provides appointment with the client. Recruiter sends interview preparation kit . Client takes the interview . HR and technical based on previous experience . 1 hour process. Then you get the feedback in a week if selected.

Interview
Spoke with Aerotek recruiter or first round to figure out what contract job would be the right fit and then was moved on to speak with hiring manager. Overall easy experience.
