Interview
After reviewing my resume, I was called in to interview, after which I was to report to actual employer for another interview. The 1 on 1 interview was very professional, and due to the nature of my past history, I was offered a higher salary than was advertised. The interviewer was quite pleasant, and thorough, and was open to all my questions.

Interview
My interview was very brief, just one on one in a conference room. The woman I interviewed with had a pleasant demeanor and seemed genuinely interested in helping people find their ideal jobs. It's also worth noting that I didn't have to wait very long once I arrived, which was great- sometimes you're scheduled for an interview at 10:00AM and you aren't greeted by your interviewer until 10:30, but that didn't happen here.
