Phone interview due to Covid-19, very easy and very pleasant. Recruiter then set up interview with company. Both were over the phone. Recruiter coached for the company interview and it was very helpful.
3 or 4 interviewers go in the room to interview you one-on-one. There is maybe a 5-minute break period between each interviewer. They all ask you varying questions, and you are free to ask them any questions about them or the company.
Because it was during covid, it was a video interview. Very standard interview questions. Multiple people were involved in the interview to ask questions. They asked questions about my lab experience in addition to questions about how I work with others in a collaborative setting.
