Affinity Portugal interview questions

Confusing. Not much information about salary or benefits. No information about projects or workspace. Overall easy, questions are not too complicated at the end of the day, but the interview can be quite long

The interview itself went smoothly, the issue is that, after promises of contacting me, despite the responde either being positive or negative, and me having to contact via email, and Linkedin, they refuse to respond back. I had this happen 2 times to me with them, once had an interview back in the beginning of the year of 2024, asked about the interview process, and got no response, and the recruiter, after changing jobs, sent me a message, saying she didn't work anymore for the company, which, after almost 3 months, is unnecessary, and the other was recently, with the issue mentioned in the paragraph above. I just want to ask the company to be more transparent towards the people they interview, because most people are looking for a job, and want to know if they got the job or not, and it only takes a minute of your day to type an email, or even respond to a linkedin message, not to mention, it is the recruiters job to do that.
