I interviewed at Affordable Equity Partners (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
It started with the HR Director for a different position. However, she was able to pivot and realized during our conversation that I would be a good fit for a different opening. She moved my resume forward, set up the appt. and even supplied a list of helpful hints. It was one of the most professional and thoroughly service minded interviews I have been on. My second interview was equally professional and offered excellent insist into the company and the role. The questions he asked were straight and to the point with a very 'no nonsense', yet casual approach that immediately put me at ease........no offer as yet. But, I have now made it a point to keep this company on my radar strictly because of my experience during the round of interviews......I would give 2 thumbs up if I could.

Question 1
Specific questions about my background as it relates to the position
You will interview with your direct supervisor first and then most of the upper level executives. The president and at least another person in your group. Expect at least 2 and likely 3 different interviews. It's a growing company so be prepared to be open for some changes if they inquire that of you.

Expect to elaborate on your financial background and your knowledge on Low Income Housing Tax Credits. It's very niche industry so I would be sure to do your research on those beforehand.
