I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
Day 1: you are thrown into a room with multiple other candidates. After hearing about the company and what they have to offer they tell you to call back if you would like to set up another interview which is more personal.
Day 2: Meeting with the hiring manager as well as their assistant you are asked basically whether you would like the job or not now knowing that you will not receive any compensation until commission begins to kick in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you comfortable not receiving income until commission kicks in?
Literally just an entry level sales position interview. They will ask you the basic sales questions and see if you are able to hold a conversation. Not much else. Hold a conversation, say you are comfortable on the phone and talking to business owners.

Question 1
Stregnths and weaknesses, and how they relate to sales
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Good sales pitch. Good company. Too bad commission only. They should have mentioned this before I applied. Waste of time unfortunately. If they can't be upfront about pay and benefits, it's not worth the effort. I hope not all of their offices practice this.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aflac (Culver City, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I did not apply to a job posting but instead received a phone call from a recruiter stating he had seen my resume on ZipRecruiter and thought I could be a potential good candidate for several open positions (Account Executive, Hiring Manager). I came in the next day for an interview, and it was more of a informational interview with a group of about 5-7 people. We were specifically asked to not ask questions during the presentation, which focused primarily on the compensation package and not the roles themselves.
