I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interesting and very forward. The company provides a relaxed atmosphere. The only thing that threw me off was that it was a commission based job and as a college graduate I needed stability.(The position offered was very misleading)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much money do you want to make? Because here there's no cap to it.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
