Received a phone call explaining I must attend a group session before a one on one interview giving me the opportunity to ask any questions about the company. After finding the location of the group meeting to be nearly a 40 mile drive, without any indication of further interest in my candidacy specifically, or making reference to my previous experiences, I decided not to waste my time.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
