I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Columbia, MD)
Interview
Found the internship through my university's database. We set up an appointment. Interview went by quickly, I soon discovered that the person interviewing me just wanted to make sure I looked professional and I could speak professionally. No challenging questions. The most important thing is to research the company so that you can give a thorough response when they ask you about what you know. Interview was not worth the stress beforehand.

Interview
It was friendly not too stressful, easy to talk to. Make me less nervous which is amazing. The whole process is smooth. Knew more about the team and the structure
Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!
After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
